Abstract

With the hypothesis that core aging is a function of DNA methylation, dosing protocols were developed to remove aberrant methylation of mitochondrial and nuclear DNA. It was found that methylation of mtDNA could be substantially removed in as little as two hours (banishing a case of statin-induced MS-like paralysis), and also that the average epigenetic age of nDNA could be reversed at a rate of several years per year by the endogenous proliferation of stem cells, with his own epigenetic age now falling 25 years below chronological. An important extension of these techniques is the banishment of sarcopenia with a few treatments, along with the building of muscle for those of any age without the need for exercise. Emphasis throughout has been on simplicity, rapidity of action, and minimal cost.
